Spinning Wheel

 

The wheel spins because one side is kept heavy whilst the other side is kept free from any weight.

The wheel operates on the same principle as the water wheel, one side is made heavy by the weight of the water. With gravity generator one side is made heavy by the Bullet.

Equilibrium is avoided there by the wheel pins.
